Summer is here! I knew it was coming but didn’t fully realize it until today. I decided to work outside around 11:00 this morning. It did seem hot but when I later watched the news the heat index had reached 95 degrees! It can get brutal way down in south Alabama!

I love working in my garden! I am so grateful to be able to work outside and grow beautiful things in the earth. I am also thankful that God gave us a brain to realize how hot it actually is and that we should come inside. (I am also incredibly grateful for air conditioning!)

No matter what the temperature, we should all thank God for another day to worship Him. Let us never forget that! I pray you all have a blessed and wonderful summer!
