I love sitting on my front porch and watching a gentle rain. This is a blessing I do not take for granted. I retired a few years ago because of a disability. I am thankful to be at home and in pretty good health!
It’s interesting how God makes us all different. We all have our own personal journey to navigate. Some people seem to have a journey that is very easy. Some find it difficult to make it through the day. Only God can know how challenging your journey is. We all have peaks and valleys. Just because someone’s journey might look easy, we never can really know what is going on in their life.
Don’t compare yourself with others. God has given you your own path to follow. Be thankful for it because your challenges are unique to you. When you believe in God He will give you the strength and fortitude to make it through. It’s like a beautifully wrapped package, all you have to do is open it!
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand,” Isiah 41:10 NIV.
